CAKE may be greatest regarded for its attractive and remarkably-built electric powered motorcycles. But the company’s newest teaser these days would seem to indicate that a lighter electric powered two-wheeler is in the playing cards for the brand’s following model.

It is difficult to say accurately what CAKE is doing work on, as the image is zoomed in to demonstrate just two body associates welded at a sharp angle.

But individuals two frame associates appear to use tubes that are narrower than those noticed on CAKE’s larger sized electric motorbikes and e-mopeds.

They also be part of at an angle that rather closely matches with the leading tube and down tube of a bicycle body.

The teaser picture also includes the subsequent caption:

“The product or service line increasing, pre-launch starts soon. The new bikes are formulated for a new person matrix, supporting the CAKE mission: To speed up the journey towards a zero emission culture, combining exhilaration with accountability.”

A shift even further into light-weight electric powered motor vehicles like electric powered bicycles would make sense for CAKE.

Following receiving its begin with electrical dust bikes, CAKE rolled out road legal variations followed by decrease pace electric motorbikes and then even smaller and additional muted electric powered mopeds.

So continuing the development of releasing even more compact and lighter two-wheeled EVs could at some point convey the brand name to a correct electric bicycle.

As a European company though, CAKE would be minimal to European e-bike legal guidelines when providing on its own continent. That suggests low-energy 250W motors and a paltry velocity of 15.5 mph (25 km/h).

In the US, CAKE’s e-bikes could probably characteristic 3 situations that energy stage and just about twice the velocity, up to 28 mph (45 km/h).

While this assumes CAKE is even setting up an electric powered bicycle at all. The frame customers certainly glance like they match the entrance triangle of a diamond body on a bicycle, but CAKE could just be trolling all of us by purposefully photographing a small section of a various vehicle’s frame that appears to be like vaguely bicycle-ish.

If you inquire me even though, I bet dollars to donuts that CAKE has an e-bike coming.

Just for pleasurable, here’s the CAKE teaser impression lined up decently nicely with the body of the new VanMoof A5 e-bicycle just announced this week. See? It could do the job!
