A motorcyclist died Friday night immediately after colliding with a motor vehicle building a change at a Fircrest-spot intersection.
In accordance to Wendy Haddow, media agent for Tacoma Police Section, the incident happened at 9:35 p.m. The motorcyclist, a 24-calendar year-aged male, allegedly traveling at a higher fee of pace southbound on South Orchard Road, struck a auto generating a left convert on to Orchard from South Emerson Street.
The motorcyclist died on scene, in accordance to Haddow. Investigators cited extreme pace included in the crash.
The incident shut down the intersection for many hours as investigators worked at the scene.
