Steel repairs are planned for following 7 days on the Interstate 83 John Harris Memorial (South) Bridge around the Susquehanna River involving Harrisburg in Dauphin County and Lemoyne Borough in Cumberland County. There will be lane constraints on the two northbound and southbound instructions of the bridge.Repairs will be performed Monday, Dec. 13, by way of Thursday, Dec. 16, on the west shore in which the bridge spans railroad tracks in Lemoyne Borough.
